"The Taste of Europe" is the key theme of the Whitsun Dialog "Geist & Gegenwart". Top-class speakers will discuss this exciting topic in the inspiring ambience of Seggau Castle from 27 to 29 May 2009.
Variety of cultures and influences in Europe; migration and emigration; integration, confrontation or assimilation; marginalisation and openness; multi-culturality or core culture are some essential themes. But also topics such as nutrition, from abundance to world hunger; prices for raw materials and food; sustainability and careful treatment of resources and related social-political, social and ethical challenges will be discussed in plenary sessions and "insieme" groups.
